This seems to be a pretty big perk, and not highlighted nearly enough.
I know of:
Quinn
Young & Conaway
Anyone else? Please post if your firm does!

It's not necessarily as big a perk as you think. If most firms have 90/10 co-insurance with a really low deductible and co-pay, then they would be practically 100% Medical. You would have to know more about the specifics of each plan to know if there would be any kind of tangible difference in costs to members, especially for a younger healthier person. If, of course you have a preexisting condition that requires a lot of drugs or direct care, it might be worth exploring, but would still be hard to compare without sufficient details about each plan.

Yea, this is a good point.
But it would be nice to know firms with plans that good as well. I was previously at a V60 or so, and they covered something like 60%, which meant I was still paying like $200/mo for a plan with a $2500 deductible and $25 copays. Only saving grace was that it was at least a PPO with a pretty large network.
I get the feeling this is par for the course at your typical Vault firm
