Anyone else have their cb today? People commonly reported same day offers last year. That the case for anyone?

I had maybe 4 days between my callback and offer in a prior year, fwiw

offer on the spot and was told that they try to do this with most candidates (if the lady is there)

hmmm this may explain a lot. had an off-oci screener and was told id need to wait until the hiring committee meets. makes sense if they try to make an offer on the spot.

No. One person said that they were planning to meet up tonight to discuss last week's and yesterday's candidates. It seemed like they are taking longer than last year to make offers.Anonymous User wrote:Anyone with a CB today get anything yet?

I have my CB tomorrow and haven't received my schedule or a second confirmation email since scheduling it online (the initial online confirmation email had the date and time blank, which happened for a few others I know). Did you guys generally receive some kind of communication the day before?

CB yesterday afternoon, nothing.
I assume I am out if I hear nothing by the end of the day. Sucks because I really liked my CB

Last years thread didn't seem nearly that clear cut. Timelines from CB to offer varied from on the spot to more than a week. Not yet time to give up
