CB 9/17, ding letter dated 9/18, received today.
Another interviewee was also offered on the spot the same day. I'm pretty sure Willkie is about done with their hiring. Enjoy, everyone! It seemed like an amazing place to work, not even just as law firms go.

I think I'll pretend I wasn't dinged and call to reaffirm interest, in that case.

I also declined recently. However, I'm pretty sure they have yielded close to what they need by now, given that my school had a ton of people going there compared to last year.

Since you're anonymous, can you say what school? Just out of curiosity (to compare it to how many people from my school seem to be going)

Sorry it would probably out me if I did. It is one of the schools they recruit heavily from though.

No way... What harm can one more SA in a class of 45 be? They have too solid of a reputation for their summer program to do that.

Do you have a source for this? They have seemed to be doing very well financially, and are supposedly understaffed on the junior level, so this wouldn't surprise me.

I waited four long weeks before getting my offer call. I did interview at the very start of the process though.

I accepted their offer and all I got from them is a one page letter saying thanks for accepting the offer and that they'll contact me again next year. Is this what everyone else got?
