When do Fall Resume Collect employers reach out?

any idea?
I think it all depends... each firm is different.
I received an email from one last Friday to setup an interview. I was excited, thinking I had a straight-to-callback interview. Received the email: "here's your screening interview schedule" (2 interviews x20 mins). Bummer, but still going.
