Latham 3L Hiring

Latham seemed to be interviewing 3L's for most of their offices this year, as they've done in years past. Let's use this thread to keep track of any callbacks/dings/etc.

It's possible they won't know about 3L hiring until all of their 2L SAs accept/decline their offers, and they're lining up if-needed candidates out of 3L OCI.Anonymous User wrote:Aw, really? I had to cancel my on campus interview because I was finishing up my internship, and when I tried to reschedule, their Chicago office told me they were not sure if they were hiring 3Ls (which sounded pretty suspicious since they're obviously interviewing 3Ls).
I guess they lied to me ....

do SA really decline their offers? i always assumed that eevry SA would be ecstatic to get an offer and thus accept them. isnt it risky declining the guaranteed offer from the firm where u were SA, because you may not get another job offer from another firm.
