Dearest of friends on the interwebs,

I recently scheduled an interview with an office of Hinshaw & Culbertson. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into this firm, impressions of it, know anyone who works there, that sort of thing. Basically, if you know something about this firm/anyone at it, lemme hear it. Just curious about it. Googling has been unhelpful.

I can only speak to one of their offices. Doesn't pay market. Cool people. Good work life balance.

i'm the anon that answered. why don't you ask more specific questions? i was offered a position there and know someone who works there. vague questions get vague answers... not sure what you are looking for ...

Bump. Can anyone provide additional insight? What is the starting salary? Bonuses?

I worked there (a satellite office in a major market). They obviously don't pay market but definitely low six figures. Many folks were biglaw refugees so they were pretty sophisticated, but still laid back. I agree with poster above that there's a good work-life balance. They seem to be growing.

Interested in additional insight as well. Anyone summer in the NY office?

Any info on the insurance services practice group? Thoughts?
