Screeners Scribbling During Interview

Does it mean anything when a screener writes things on your resume? Also, is it bad if you seem to be having a great conversation and then they look at your transcript?
Perhaps a young associate could speak to this out there...

Writing goes both ways could be good or bad.
Transcript, depends how they act after.

It was hard to tell, seemed like they wrote and/or looked at transcripts while the other was talking. Everything was going great when they went to the transcripts and then they probably saw me below median and went "Oh well, nice guy, too bad."
