Interview Schedule w/ multiple offices - who to email?

I'm emailing firms I did not get screeners w/ for OCI (our system is not entirely preselect). However, for some of these I picked a location that is not the main one being interviewed for. Basically, the interview schedule is for multiple offices, and the interviewer is from one office, but I am only applying to an office far far away. When I'm emailing asking to fit me in, should I email the office of the interviewer, or the office of the location I want, or both? Hope I didn't phrase this too confusingly...thanks!
