OCI C&F

Hi all,
Was wondering if OCI employers ask about C&F. I had a minor incident in college regarding being a group walking campus that got busted because someone in the group lit up a joint. I received behavioral probation for a few months, and had the option of paying a $250 fine or doing 30 hours service. I chose the service. I recorded all of thsi when applying to school, so I'm not worried about anyone "finding out" and not being able to sit for the bar because it wasn't disclosed. Police were never involved, it was just a campus police thing, not even sure if it is recorded anywhere at my college. I finished college magna and I'm top 5% in law school after 1L.
My point is, do employers ask about these things? Even if they don't ask, am I expected to just volunteer this information? Do I run the risk of ethical problems down the road if I don't disclose it now? Thanks.
