regardless of the some of the firms minimal 3.0 cutoff...am I screwed for any OCI chance because of my T4? I'm assuming yes and am planning for alternate ways to help myself but has anyone ever heard of someone pulling this off with at least a strong resume/journal etc?

I think everyone at your school (less the top 5%) is SOL at OCI. Unless T2 means HY.

It really depends on the school. The rankings are useless. Look at how many people your new school places into 100+ person firms. Is it 10+%? You might have shot. Is it 2%? You have almost no chance. Regardless, you should put a great deal of effort into the process.
