In NYC biglaw, will anyone at your firm see your GPA / know if you got honors? Is your resume spread around to prospective partners, or does HR just make sure you didn't end with a 2.0?
(I'd imagine not, because I think that if I was a practicing attorney I wouldn't give a shit about a new associate's GPA.)
Do 3L grades matter if you got an offer after 2L SA? Forum

The feeling I have gotten at my firm (not NYC, but V10) is that there is a bar set for your 3L year, it is VERY low (graduate with a GPA starting in 3, dont fail a class, dont get arrested for felony assault at a bar, etc.) but it is a hard bar, and your offer will be revoked if you fall below it.
