Job chances at OCI?

I am trying to determine what my chances are for getting a biglaw job from OCI. I am only bidding in CA, with extremely strong ties there (lived there for 25+ years before law school, worked there for six years in an unrelated job after college, spouse has continued to live and work there while I have been away in school, etc). I've been doing a fairly prestigious PI internship in the Bay Area for my 1L summer, but this may not help me much with firms.

Grades are bottom 40% at CCN.

Anyone have any insights on the odds of my being able to get a big law job, and, equally important, which firms I should aim for in the bidding process? I don't want to waste my bids on firms that only take top 25%, but am having a hard time figuring out which ones will give me the best shot.

Would appreciate any insights/advice.

This is no shit advice, but have you had any luck networking? That's going to be your best shot.
