is the cardozo anon OP? if so, is top 1/3 cum laude? a friend of mine says there's a cardozo SA at the firm she's at who is cum laude. if cardozo anon isn't OP, top 1/3 at any T14 = SA somewhere

Yes, there is hope. Full disclaimer: I have two advanced degrees and work experience.
You should network and take advantages of all opportunities available to you. I also encourage you to directly apply to firms, outside of OCI.
I am a SA in big law and doing a clerkship after graduation.
I am in the top 1/3 of my class.

Barely top 1/3. Go to a T1 and had multiple v100 offers.
I went to every career fair in existence and networked my ass off.
