BC/BU/GW/WUSL, Top 10%ish + LR with a CS patbar eligible background (no engineer work experience).

I am looking to mass mail SF firms who would be in the market for a SA with a CS background. I have no ties to SF so I know it will be something of a shot in the dark, but I have nothing to lose. Anyone have suggestions for the firms who do the most patent work (either litigation or prosecution) in SF? I know I am probably out for the most competitive firms, but I would take any of the lower-tier firms as well assuming they aren't too far off from market rate.

The patent market, especially for prosecution, is really small in San Francisco. Most of the work is down south in Silicon Valley and in the Peninsula.

Also, Shartsis Friese does both litigation and prosecution, but they are quite selective and only make a couple hires a year.
