Bidding on the Same Firm in Separate Cities

I realize this varies on a firm-by-firm basis to some extent, but some of the general strategy has to be similar.
Sidley Austin, for example, is coming to my school's OCI for both their NY and DC offices. They don't prohibit multiple interviews. That said, it may well come up in the screener itself whether I applied to their other offices. Does that diminish the quality of my application (at least in terms of my enthusiasm to work at their firm)?
What answers can I give to articulate a willingness to work in both offices, if selected? I really would. I'd worry less but I'd have to bid both of their offices pretty high.
