Cover letter ? concerning capitalization and credential use

1. When using the term "summer associate" in a cover letter, is summer associate capitalized? Or does it depend on how it's used?

2. If you were a CPA, would you include the credential after your name at the end, or would you leave it off? IE, "Sincerely, first name last name, CPA or simply first name last name?

Thanks for your help with my remedial questions. These are the first cover letters I've written in years.

Mike

1. Don't capitalize it (assuming you're writing, i.e. "I seek a summer associate position with X").

2. I'm guessing you mention being a CPA in your resume and most likely in your cover letter, I'd leave off attaching it to your name
