For 2L OCI interviews: is no moot court a bad thing...

...when you're going doing law review instead? I just have no interest to do both. I liked the writing aspect more than oral advocacy in moot court.

Severely regret doing both. There was nothing worse than grading briefs for technical compliance as a 3L. If I had it to do over again, I would have accepted the invite to moot court board, put it on my resume, and then resigned after OCI.

That would be pretty unethical assuming you got an offer from a firm who saw that resume.
