Has anyone been able to do this yet? If so, what is your 'cut'? Do you get an origination fee?

Anonymous because there are people in my practice city on this forum.

Flexner is the only firm I know (may not true in practice?) of that allows associates to bring clients and gives them a cut. They also consider associates contribution to contingency cases.
