Here's the Cravath bonus scale:
Stub: Year-end bonus 35K, no special bonus
1st: Year end 35K, special 10K
2nd: Year end 40K, special 15K
3rd: Year end 45K, special 20K
4th: Year end 50K, special 30K
5th: Year end 55K, special 40K
6th: Year end 60K, special 50K
7th: same as 6th

What I posted is Cravath's bonus scale. I don't know where ATL gets its info.
