Still waiting on a few grades and being asked for my resume

Rising 2L here at T20 school. Still waiting on 2 grades but a few hiring partners in my target markets have been reaching out to me for my updated resume as of lately. I told them i'm still waiting on my grades but i'm worried the delay may hurt any chance (albeit very slight) of securing an SA before OCI since they have already asked 2-3 times for my resume - they have my old one w/ 1st semester grades). Also, i'm above the median but grades are not super (B+/A-) average so if i can knock this out early all the better for me. I have extensive work history in transaction/startups and am working in-house this summer so it helps look past lackluster grades, slightly.

How do I handle the firms that i'm talking to? They are both major and secondary markets.

If they have an old resume that doesn't have your summer job, send them an updated resume. If they do have that, then tell them the due date on grades from your profs.

Send in the resume now. Update when/if you get better grades. Now you look uninterested/unfocused. A grade bump isn't going to trump a bad impression. And you don't know if you will be holding a better hand in a week. It could be worse. Play the cards you have now.
