If a partner asks me to find new case law addressing a topic, what format should it be? I'm guessing a memo?

I have no idea how to proceed........... (i've already found cases. Unsure how to write)
Ugh

If he gave you no facts to apply to it, just write a memo summarizing the cases.

There are facts.
Is this a full on brief or something? He didn't mention it as a brief though....

Man formalities are killing me

It's not a brief, it's a memo. A brief would be something submitted to the court. This is probably just for their information.

If you are confused ask like rad said. But you probably just gotta write about how these cases would affect your case.
