Figured someone might as well start this. I'm a recently graduated HLS student and am happy to help provide advice. Here are past years' threads:

EIP 2013
EIP 2013 for "marginal candidates"
EIP 2012
EIP 2011
EIP 2011
EIP 2010
EIP 2010

No clue. Maybe. They said grades would be released on Wednesday? They seem to have released grades on the stated date recently, but you never know.

What markets move quicker than others for offering CBs? Obviously NYC is known to move quick. What about the others?

From my experience, DC is pretty quick.

Chill yourself out for interviews. Your grades are fine. I had much worse and no problems getting a DC offer.

You have strong grades. Bid all the D.C. firms (including the relatively less selective firms) but also bid on some NY firms just in case. I expect that you will get D.C., though.

Are you interested in litigation or transactional? Where are your ties?

Also wanting DC but grades are not nearly as good. 4H/6P. K-JD. I think I'm a pretty good interviewer FWIW.

Thanks so much in advance for anyone's help. I'll try to repay the favor as much as possible.

Litigation (esp. appellate eventually). No ties to D.C. at all, just a hope to do appellate work. I don't want to say where my ties are because they would out me to classmates, but nowhere useful.
You will probable be fine, even without ties. You probably already know this, but don't go "all in" on wanting to do appellate work. It's fine to indicate an interest but make sure you also indicate interest in other, less selective, practice areas.

I would talk to OCS. You're at (roughly) median, which isn't a bad position to be in, but I would personally feel better hedging my bets in your situation. I would think a mix of D.C./NYC (or other market where you have ties) would be the best bidding strategy for you. You don't have a great shot at the very selective D.C. firms so make sure to bid strategically.

how about URM w/ WE, good interviewing, ties to DC/NY and HYP UG; 1DS/5H/4P - DC/NY litigation

Pretty much the same as above. You probably can snag D.C., but it's not guaranteed so make sure to hedge your bets.

Thanks for anonymizing that if you did that. I don't know how to internet. And thanks for the advice!

I know there's really no standard answer to this but with what grades does bidding DC (even the moderately and less selective firms) generally become hopeless? Have strong ties and good interview skills but not sure if it's worth targeting with below median grades.

Does having Ps both semesters in LRW materially hurt my chances for litigation jobs? Grades are pretty good otherwise.

I'm going to skip the D.C. questions as I'm not too knowledgeable about that market, beyond what I already posted and my sense that anyone who isn't significantly above median should be strategic when it comes to bidding D.C. Hopefully someone familiar with the D.C. market can be more helpful.

With respect to Ps in LRW: I don't think it's going to materially hurt you if your grades are solid otherwise. I think that, while LRW might be slightly more important to litigation firms, it's not significantly more important and isn't going to give you any result disproportionate to your overall grades. How are your grades?

I have Hs in everything else

I'm on the fence about lit/corporate right now so I was thinking I may as well package myself as being interested in corporate if that gives me a better shot.

You have 8Hs, so you're sitting in a good position. You might get asked about it (it goes without saying but don't be defensive). I doubt a firm will not want to hire you because you got 2 Ps in LRW. Maybe the very top litigation firms might have some sort of hesitancy, but I doubt it. With 8 Hs, I think your interviews will be more important.

As far as packaging yourself as litigation or corporate, I wouldn't really worry about being too strategic about it. If you are mainly interested in NYC biglaw firms, then maybe that makes more sense to sell yourself as interested in corporate. But if you are interested in D.C. or other markets that are more litigation-focused I would probably say be careful with that strategy. But again, I get the sense that overall grades are the most important and yours are strong.

Want LA lit, don't want NYC, 3H in LRW and CivPro, rest Ps, WE, undergrad and grad school in LA (7 years total)
