Can't speak to your stats, but an interview is an interview. A firm isn't going to waste its time interviewing someone they wouldn't consider hiring unless the interview is a courtesy to someone with connections.

*assuming you aren't talking about a screener through lottery OCI, since I don't think many schools outside the T14 have lottery.

If they knew your grades (from a transcript you sent, for instance) before extending the interview, then it's all good. That's full disclosure upfront and they could have simply not interviewed you to begin with.

If they do not know your grades, then it may be a factor. But you have the opportunity to win them over in person (you mentioned an interesting resume), and sometimes your interviewer won't care about your grades at all.

It might matter why your grades are below median. If you had a catastrophic 1L year but your grades were good after that, you'll be fine. If you did poorly in some classes but excelled in the really difficult courses (Fed Courts, anything with an "Advanced" handle, etc.), then you will also be able to fend off questions about your grades. Of course, don't bring up your grades unless the interviewer mentions them! All the best!!

ETA: Whoops, sorry, just saw you are interviewing for a 2L SA so it looks like you just finished 1L and don't have any of the upper level courses on your transcript. Please disregard that part of my reply.
