Exit Ops
Rising 2L with a long-term goal of exiting private practice into the oil & gas industry, whether as a GC, executive position, or start-up. What's the best career track/practice group/experience I should be targeting?

Gun for Texas big law. Ideally, this is something you should have planned for already by this summer.

M&A/Corporate or the Energy Transactions Group (depending on the firm, these may be the same)
