Anyone apply to both and compare their rates?

SOFI has an unemployment benefit, any sense on how much I should value that?

Also curious. Have heard some less-than-stellar reviews of DRB's customer service, though I'm not sure how much that matters here.

DRB's rates are lower than SOFI's, but it's also harder to get approved for DRB.

I've heard that too, but so far they've been on the ball with me.

I've been conditionally approved for both.

Not a huge fan of the higher variable ceiling on DRB

You can pay .25% to get it capped at 9%. That probably eats up most of the pricing difference though.

I don't know how to tell if that's worth it.

SoFi gives you a free tshirt thats comfy . . .

in all seriousness
if you have not seen this I would check it out:

https://www.sofi.com/blog/evaluating-a- ... dent-loan/

As for me, i put my grad plus into sofi and kept the other stafford loan or whatever where it was, so I would have some sort of a safety net.

So far I am glad I did it, personally

Also, I am sorry, but shamelessly posting my link for the referral program

http://friends.sofi.com/lrc2

in case anyone does not have a friend already in it, and would like $100
