Resume Update Question for Job Fair

Hello guys,

I have managed to secure summer employment and am going to be blogging for a journal and would like to include that on my resume for upcoming job fairs. However, bids are due by the end of the month and I don't start the position until later on in the summer. How should I go about including the information on my resume? Or should I just leave it off? I would really like to add it as I think it will bolster my resume as I am lacking work experience and law related experience in general.

Thanks!

Just add it using a future date.

For example, [journal blogging position] aug-dec 2014

Op here - so when I add it to the resume should I put anything under the position describing what I "will do" or just leave it blank?

Blank. Just give them an updated resume during the interview (presumably, after you've already started and know in a meaningful way what your job duties are).
