Hi all,

This thread is a place for interns to post about all things related to their summer employment the the public sector, whether it is PD, DA, Legal Aid, Non-Profit, Gubmint, etc. The BigLawl SAs have their thread, so I thought we should have our own as well!

2L state AG checking in. They said I'd likely be getting my own court docket, prolly a lot of child custody and state health care appeals. Sounds depressing!

1L Federal Defender checking in. Capital habeas unit. If anybody has done death penalty appeals please PM me. I don't start until the first week in June. Eastern District of MO (STL office).

Yes! That was my cat, Minky. She passed away a couple months ago at the age of ~16.
