I'm wondering if people can give me a sense of career track for the following practice areas. If possible, I am interested in what the career looks like in a firm long term (partner, counsel, etc) as well as exit ops.
Corporate (Assume fairly generalist)
Government regulatory (focus on securities/finance regulation)
White collar defense (and is that the same thing as regulatory outside of DC?)
Bankruptcy

IMO, once you're out of biglaw, you're off the track. So that makes this question hard to answer. It's not a track anymore.
