What do Employers Value?

Grades.

Right.

But we all know that certain firms value grades more than others. Can we get a running tally of what specific firms value other than grades? Examples include: international experience, financial experience, work experience in general, sociability, etc.

This is obviously a very generalized question but I think it could be helpful for people researching firms and in preparing one's bidlist.
