So last fall I was diagnosed with a mild form of bipolar disorder. I have been treated ever since and see a psych on a regular basis (monthly), and take meds on a daily basis. Will this have any impact on C&F? State in question is PA.

Pollito is correct: this is something you should check on your state C&F site.

(Exactly, Chard)

Look at your application and if you have questions consult a lawyer. This is a serious question, you need a serious answer from a lawyer that knows.
