What happens if you are working in biglaw? Does it vary from firm to firm?

Most firms let you go. I guess you get a month or so to get your stuff together? Not sure how much time. Ask HR.

Agreed. Every biglaw firm I've heard of cans you if you fail the bar twice.
Ditto. Firm explicitly said you get two tries to pass.
