If they want to take time to interview you, they've likely already decided they will overlook the lack of work experience if you come across well.

The fact that she spent time on the phone with you means that she thinks something on your resume is good enough to possibly overlook the lack of experience. If she liked what you said on the phone, then you'll get scheduled. If she didn't definitively say one way or another, you'll just have to be patient.
And I have absolutely no idea on the type of interview. I don't think anyone can tell you without knowing the company.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm just being crazy antsy right now. The firm is one of the top 3 management consulting firms.
