Well I'm a graduating 3L and have my first interview tomorrow afternoon. Its over the phone but I don't know what to expect. What kinds of questions do small firms ask? While its my first interview, I do have an associate position lined up in a firm I really like due to an internship I did last summer. Should I mention this?

Don't bring up the position at the other firm - I don't see how this can help you. Having done hiring for my small firm and also for my current 100+ lawyer firm I'll give you some hints:

Expect the obvious interview questions.
Expect that the interviewer will ask you about any random bit of information on your resume.
Expect that the interviewer may not even know what materials you submitted and have them available for the interviewer (but also don't be shocked if he/she knows your resume inside and out).
Be ready to speak and act like a normal likable person. Your law school stats are far less important to a small firm - your personality, dedication, drive, likability, intelligence, ability to be a self-starter and willingness to do large and small tasks are what is most important to a small firm employer.
