So I'll be out of the country this summer - working at a foreign NGO in the Middle East.
I plan on applying to some government positions over the summer. Will I be able to access sensitive government websites from out of the country?? This may be a stupid question, but I'm really just not sure of the answer…

You almost certainly will, and if you can't then the others at your NGO will be able to help you set up a VPN to access things.Anonymous User wrote:So I'll be out of the country this summer - working at a foreign NGO in the Middle East.

Knowing the country would help (you're already anon), but wherever you are you can bet that people know how to get around pretty much everything. For example, facebook is blocked in Iran but most young people are on it because everyone uses VPNs.
