United States Attorney or Legal Aid Position

My goal when graduating is to work for the Prosecutors Office. The city and county prosecutor here only hire 2Ls when they can appear in court. Thus, I have an offer from US Attorney's Office and an offer at a nonprofit legal aid office. The legal aid attorney i will be working under specializes in juvenile and domestic abuse litigation. Would either be more beneficial than the other practically or look better on a resume when I'm applying for Prosecutor position in the future? For the sake of discussion, I also have had interviews at paid private law firms that I'm waiting to hear back from. Would that be more or less beneficial minus the whole actually getting paid part?

Take the USAO position, make an effort to meet the former state prosecutors, do good work for said former state prosecutors, get hooked up with interviews and recommendations by said former state prosecutors. I think you profit after this.
