Does anyone know Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith's maternity leave policy for associates? How many months? Paid or unpaid?

All Fatducking aside, why wouldn't you just ask the firm instead of TLS?

Because that will lose your chances of getting an offer/job in a heartbeat, had that happen before. I'm an employment lawyer and while you're technically protected people do it all the time and claim its another reason. Then what are your options? Sue? Good luck getting a job at another firm then ..... It's a lose, lose situation, which is why at my firm I let female candidates know without them having to ask and they are always like thank you so much I wanted to know big didn't want to ask. You're either male or have been lucky but either way if you don't know the answer why post rude things? Bored and lonely I suppose

What if you wait till after you get an offer to ask? Presumably it would be part of all the benefit info you can ask about generically.
