Admin. Patent Judge

Post by Anonymous User » Fri Feb 14, 2014 12:18 pm

I am soon starting off as an associate, but I am considering eventually transitioning to a administrative patent law judge to hear PTAB cases. Does anyone have insight on:
1. Salary? USAjobs lists the salary as ranging from about 110k-160k, but where do they start you? Does it vary by experience?
2. What are hours like?
3. What are the pension/retirement benefits?
4. Stress level?
5. Main job tasks?
6. Other thoughts?
