Are there any other government agencies besides NYC Law Department that give job offers to summer associates?

I know the FDIC and the SEC both do, and I vaguely recall other government agencies do too

The FTC does, but only for paid 2L interns in the Bureau of Competition.

(I know this is anal/nitpicky of me, but please don't call a government job being a summer associate, unless they specifically use that term. Generally a summer associate is someone working for pay at a firm with the prospect of a full-time offer at the end. Government gigs are generally internships or externships or just maybe a fellowship.)
