reciprocity in a state after failing their bar exam

Just out of curiosity, assume Jurisdictions A and B have a 5 years out of 7 practiced reciprocity agreement. What happens if you pass the bar exam in Jurisdiction A, practice there for a year or two, then take the bar exam but fail in Jurisdiction B, then just practice a few more years in Jurisdiction A until you meet the yearly practice requirements for reciprocity to B, then apply for admission on motion to B. Will you be precluded because you actually failed their bar exam at one point in the past or will they simply admit you because you meet the reciprocity requirements?
