NYU Dorms for Summer 2014

For people who have done this in the past, how likely am I to get a single room if I live in an undergrad dorm?
Additionally, if I do NYU Law dorms, last year they capped it at 9 weeks. Did anyone do this, and if so what did you do if your firm had a 10 or 12 week summer?
