Just make it a conversation. They'll typically be very forthcoming with their advice, their career story, etc, and so it's usually best not to force it. I always tried to have a few basic intro questions: "Why did you choose XYZ firm/practice area/geographic reason," "What classes did you like best in law school" etc.

But don't go in there with a script. You'll end up ruining the conversation and won't make any kind of connection worth having.
