FromCorporate & Securities to Commercial Lit.
I got a small firm gig lined up doing Corporate & Securities work. The problem is that I rather do commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Enjoy the complexity of the UCC and Bankr. Code. And I miss using Lexis and Westlaw. I was good at that shit. Anyways, just wanted to hear if anyone does commercial litigation (real business disputes, not ID or PI) and what their average day is like. Thanks.
