I had a great callback a month ago for an associate position (big law firm NY, they sent plane tickets and I talked to the whole team). I followed up with the legal recruiter twice, once by email two weeks ago and last week I left a voice message. No response or ding by mail.
Should I follow up with a partner or just wait?

At this point I would leave them alone. I would have never followed up after the email two weeks ago.
