Big Law - Effects of a C&F Delay?

I have accepted a biglaw offer, but anticipate that I may have C&F issues in NY (nothing that I think will be a bar to admission, but I have a large number of undergrad on-campus drinking citations, which may raise a red flag).

Assuming my application is flagged for review and my swearing-in gets delayed, is this the sort of thing that could lose me my offer? I know it's firm-specific, but would love any anecdotal experience that TLS'ers may have.

Lots of firms let people who fail the bar once retake, so a delay before you can officially file things is probably no big deal.

Thanks, that's what I'd hoped. I'd also hope that college drinking tickets wouldn't be serious enough to rise to a moral scandal at the firm, but who knows.

Not a big deal at all. I know a bunch of people who had similar issues.
