I had a screener during OCI where the interviewer never asked for my transcript. My grades are less than stellar so I didn't offer it to her either. At my school employers aren't allowed to pre-select based on grades so does this mean that the interviewer has no intention of calling me back? (firm was in a region I have weak ties to so maybe she already rejected me based on that?)

Has anyone ever had something like this happen?

I had this happen to me. I got called back to a firm about 4 hours away by flight, and they asked for my transcript at the end of the day. Dinged.
