Waiting on reimbursement from a v50 firm for over a month now. Should I do something or just keep waiting?

What is TCR?

I have a feeling I know which firm you're talking about, because I'm still waiting too. I also called and asked about it only to receive the runaround. I'm going on 8 weeks since the CB, and other firms have been far more punctual (maybe 2-3 weeks at most).
