Plaintiff Side Compensation

Hey All,
I know this topic has been beaten to death, but I was hoping to get an update on 1st year associate compensation at the top plaintiff's firms (e.g. Lieff, Baron & Budd). Also, anyone know what types of bonuses to expect as plaintiff associate? Thanks for the info.
