I know theres a few other threads about wiley but still interested in more advice.

Is it, or is the firm on its way to becoming, an elite/premier DC firm? Obviously it wont be WC or Covington anytime soon or maybe ever but is it at least strongly regarded in DC? Or do people think of it as a telecom boutique?

I'm mainly interested in general litigation, maybe white collar.

It is very well regarded and not even remotely in any way a telecom boutique. You really need to do some basic research.

Like most firms in DC, a lot of what it does has a regulatory bent and they have a revolving door in and out of government agencies. I don't really know what the term "general lit" means and I was interested in their regulatory practices so I will defer to someone else on that.
