Anyone have an idea what standard bonuses look like in the Twin Cities? The market rate is the same across the big law firms, but I'm wondering if I should consider differences in bonuses or if they are also comparable? Just trying to make a quick choice...

Especially looking at these firms:
Oppenheimer
Fredrikson
Robins Kaplan
Faegre

I believe it's usually $1,000 for first years and $2,000 for second years, and so on, and that's the market year-end bonus rate. I can't remember where I saw that, though.

I wonder why Faegre hasn't bumped up to match Dorsey? And I think bonuses vary wildly based on firm.

How do you know Dorsey to $115 next year? Has this been announced?
