Schulte if you like the hedge fund work. Proskauer for general corporate. FWIW, I have a friend at Kelley Drye that says there are financial instability worries. Nothing definitive, but worth noting.

For anyone who voted Morgan? Why? I haven't seen too much about their NYC office.

Results in a thread like this are far more likely to unhelpfully skew your perception than to actually give you any helpful information.

For general corporate practice, I definitely agree that Proskauer is your best option.
